2. Products & Handmade Nature
MOYZ jewellery is designed and handcrafted with natural pearls and carefully selected materials. As pearls are naturally formed and each piece is handmade, subtle variations in shape, colour, size, lustre and finish are part of their individual character.

3. Pricing, Payment & Availability

We may accept, decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, order details are incomplete, or there is a genuine pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
