Shipping Within Australia
All MOYZ orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
- Orders over AUD $100: Complimentary Standard Shipping or Express Shipping for AUD $10.
- Orders under AUD $100: Standard Shipping AUD $10 or Express Shipping AUD $15.
- Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle.
Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier service and peak periods.
International Shipping
MOYZ ships internationally to selected destinations. Available countries include the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Singapore and other destinations shown at checkout.
- International shipping services, rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges set by the destination country. Please check your local import requirements before placing an order.
Address Changes & Local Pickup
- Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
- If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
- Local pickup is not currently available.
