How quickly will I receive my pearls?

Our designs are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days making time and additional shipping time.

What are your shipping rates please?

Complimentary Standard Shipping and $10 Express Shipping within Australia for all orders valued AUD $100 or more.

Domestic orders below AUD $100 – Standard Shipping $10, Express Shipping $15

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. No local pick up available at this time.

What is your returns policy?

We encourage you to make a considered purchase as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once inspected by the maker and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 7 working days of delivery to the customer. Please note that refunds are not inclusive of postage costs which will be paid by the customer.
